First of all, we hope you are all safe and well.
Today we have removed all of the workshops from our website. We do hope to get through this and run workshops again in the future, but obviously we have no idea when that will be at the moment.
We will try to inform everyone that has booked to see what they would like to do with their bookings in April and Easter:
Since WE are cancelling you have three options:
1. You can move your workshop booking to the next/another date in the future.
2. You can have a full refund.
3. You can donate some or all of the fee paid toward Turnip Starfish. As a small company we are going to feel the financial impact over the next difficult few months. Any donation would be massively appreciated.
Thank you for booking with us and being a part of our adventure.
Kind regards and please stay safe.

Hi everyone!
Team turnip here. We thought we would communicate our current plan regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and our workshops for the next few weeks. Dated – 16/3/2020.
Obviously, this will be a fluid plan and will change according to the guidelines and advice from Public Health Wales and the Government. We will keep you updated accordingly should our position change.
As per NHS Guidelines, we would like to re-iterate, IF your child has a new cough or a fever, even if mild, please DO NOT send them to one of our workshops for at least seven days.
If one or our team develops any symptoms, we will cancel all workshops for two weeks and keep you informed of developments.
Workshops on Saturday the 21st March:
At the moment we will be running the workshops as planned.
If the schools do close this week we will cancel the workshops.
How does this effect you?
If WE cancel you have three options:
1. You can move your workshop booking to the next/another date.
2. You can have a full refund.
3. You can donate some or all of the fee paid toward Turnip Starfish. As a small company we are going to feel the financial impact over the next difficult few months. Any donation would be massively appreciated.
If YOU decide to cancel 48 hours before the day of workshop:
1. You can move your workshop booking to the next/another date.
2. You can have a full refund minus 5% administration fee. (PayPal will now not refund the processing fee they charge us for your sale, so unfortunately, we are obliged to pass on this fee)
3. You can donate some or all of the fee paid toward Turnip Starfish. As a small company we are going to feel the financial impact over the next difficult few months. Any donation would be massively appreciated. As long as the donation is greater than the 5% administration fee.
If YOU cancel with less than 48 hours before the day of workshop:
1. We are unable to offer you any refund if your course is due to commence within 48 hours, or if you do not attend.
Note: We understand that people get unwell, especially little ones, so if you have a problem with your booking please feel free to get in contact, call us on 07939 082688.
At the workshop:
Our team will require you to sanitize your hands before entering the workshop room. No other people will be allowed in the workroom. Ether please bring your own sanitiser, or we will require you to wash your hands with soap and water in the restroom before entering the workroom, in accordance to government guidelines.
We are also ensuring that the workroom surfaces are being regularly sanitised.
In the meantime, we feel that the best way to protect ourselves and others is by practising good hygiene and washing hands regularly. Remember to sing happy birthday twice!
We will continue to monitor the latest advice and keep you updated accordingly should our position change. If you have any questions or concerns please do get in touch.
Kind regards
Team Turnip
